This is a recipe for a plain rice noodle roll. It is super fast and easy to make! You can incorporate various ingredients with the wrapper, or use the wrapper and t it dim try sum style with a traditional shrimp or beef filling.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons potato starch
- 1 cup water
- Desired filling ingredients (green onion, lapcheng, shrimp, … )
Instructions
- Mix flour, starch, and water together to form flour-like liquid.
Add seasoning to mixture if desired (ie. salt, chicken salt). - Add oil to a non-stick pan and heat on medium high.
- Pour a thin layer of flour mixture into the pan. When bubbles form, add in other filling ingredients.
- Use spatula and form cooked noodle into a roll.
