Banana bread recipe for when your bananas are old and you don't wanna toss them.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick of butter, room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas (can add more or less)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cream butter + sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. In a small bowl, mash bananas, then mix in milk and cinnamon
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  5. Mix banana mixture + sugar/butter
  6. Add dry ingredients
  7. Pour into 9x5x3 in loaf pan
  8. Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour, 10 min
