Banana bread recipe for when your bananas are old and you don't wanna toss them.
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick of butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas (can add more or less)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream butter + sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
- In a small bowl, mash bananas, then mix in milk and cinnamon
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Mix banana mixture + sugar/butter
- Add dry ingredients
- Pour into 9x5x3 in loaf pan
- Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour, 10 min
